By accessing and/or using this website you accept these terms and conditions. We may amend these terms and conditions from time to time. If we make amendments we will publish the amended terms and conditions on this website. Your continued use of the website after such amendment will constitute your acceptance of the amendments.

Price

All prices are in New Zealand currency and include GST. All prices are correct at time of publication; however, we reserve the right to alter prices at any time.

Unless otherwise stated, this website and its contents are subject to copyright. You may use, copy and print parts of this website solely for your personal, non-commercial use. Except as permitted by the Copyright Act you must not reproduce, distribute, modify, display or publish this website or any of its contents, without our prior written consent.

Warranty

Except to the extent of the warranty provided in this document and warranties expressed or implied by law, all warranties and representations in respect of goods sold or services supplied are excluded.

We will remedy any of our workmanship which may be defective on goods that are returned to us within 3 months of the initial repair. If in our judgment the item is incapable of repair, we will return it to you and refund the amount you paid us. We will undertake any remedial work as quickly as possible but we do not accept liability for the item being unavailable for your use during any period of time.

You must pay the freight charge on any item you return to us for remedial work but we will pay the freight charge to return it to you.

Nothing in this warranty is intended to abrogate any rights you may have under the Consumer Guarantees Act, but that Act does not apply to services or goods supplied for the purposes of a business.

Limitation of Liability

Unless expressly agreed in these terms and conditions neither the owner of this website nor its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, agents, contractors, successors or assignees will be liable for any damages whatsoever arising out of, or in any way related to, the use of this website and any third party websites linked to this website. This limitation applies to direct, indirect, consequential, special, and punitive or other damages you or others may suffer, as well as damages for loss of profits, business interruption or the loss of data or information.
