Yes, are able to carry out your shoe and bag repairs again.

Hopefully all your isolation walking and exercises have generated work for us. You also need to get those winter items ready.

Steve will be opening our shop from Thursday 14 May

Under Level-2 restrictions you can now visit our shop. Please observe the distancing rules we have all become familiar with.

We do have PayWave.

We will also continue to provide a contact-less service for those who wish to use it.

There will be two methods for this:

Courier

We already have a well-established procedure to service our out-of-town customers.

If you are self-isolating or continuing to work from home we strongly encourage you to courier your repair jobs to us. We will complete the work, organise payment with you and courier them back. The procedure for this is explained below.

Click and Collect

We will notify you when the job is ready to courier or collect. We have both PayWave and internet banking options.

Health Precautions

We have a great reputation for the care and attention that we take with your treasured shoes and bags. We will continue to ensure that appropriate disinfecting and sanitising will be applied to contact surfaces and workstations, and to your precious items before they are packaged for collection.

Let’s hope that all our efforts are rewarded over the coming weeks and that we are able to adopt more relaxed interactions as the alert levels change.

Did you know that we receive and return shoe & bag repairs by courier?

It’s becoming more common for people to work away from the office, or outside of Wellington CBD, but that doesn’t mean you can’t get your shoes & bags fixed. We have customers all around New Zealand and are set up for internet banking and prompt return of your shoes & bags.

It’s as easy as a, b, c

a)     Parcel up your shoes (or bags) with a note that tells us

(1) what needs to be done and if you want a quote or to talk to someone before we start, and

(2) your email address and daytime contact number, and then

(3) courier the parcel in to us.

b)     We’ll call/txt you with any queries, do the repairs, email you with our bank details and confirm your return address.

Once payment is received your shoes (or bag) will be back on the courier and we’ll notify you by email, including any tracking details.

c)     Voila! You favourite footwear is once again ready to stride out in confidence.
